Return and Refund Policy
Return Window:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage unless goods weren't as ordered.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Options:
- Full Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Exchange: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for an exchange for the same item.
